colorado.bike charges property owners 3% of their gross rental prices to renters obtained through the colorado.bike website. There is no annual fee for listing on the site. Any rental confirmed through colorado.bike will process through our site and 97% of gross rental income will be forwarded to the property owner. You can decide to add or remove any fees you see fit!

Additional information
It is recommended that any property owner listing their rental on colorado.bike have some sort of area dedicated to bicycle storage. This can include, but is not limited to, a garage, shop, shed, carport, storage/shipping container, bike rack, bike hanging mechanism, shelving, or other typically acceptable bicycle storage method. Ultimately, it is up to the renter to secure their bike during the duration of their stay at a property owner’s accommodation.
Properties will be evaluated on an annual basis on a date deemed acceptable to the property owner and a colorado.bike representative. If a property is deemed unsafe, unavailable, or inappropriate for our website users, the property will be removed from our listings. Reinstatement of a property on the colorado.bike accommodation rental service platform will be handled on a case-by-case basis by a qualified colorado.bike representative.
It is requested each property owner provides potential guests with their personal policy for marijuana use at the property. While recreational and medical marijuana products are legal for use by licensed individuals 18+ and all adults 21+, it is up to individual property owners if the use of marijuana products will be allowed at their property.
