Our specialty is quick, delicious cuisine created with cyclists and hikers in mind. We take great pride in providing you full-flavor human fuel for your rides and hikes a mile or more above sea level. Hazel Dell Mushroom Farm, Fort Collins
Located just over 100 miles from Idaho Springs, Hazel Dell Mushroom Farm is Northern Colorado’s premier mushroom growing farm. Indoor, year-round growing of dozens of mushroom species provide the consumer the freshest, certified organic mushrooms in the Mountain West.
